Andrew Bor - Partner, Perkins Coie
Andrew's areas of emphasis include corporate finance and securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
He has been listed in Chambers USA, Leaders in their Field (2004), Washington Law & Politics, Washington's Super Lawyers (2003) and The Best Lawyers in America. Andrew graduated from Vanderbilt University, with a J.D., 1980 and was Executive Articles Editor, Vanderbilt Law Review.
David Copenhafer - David T. Copenhafer retired in January 2007 as Bowne's Director of EDGAR Services.
Since 1998 he led the company's efforts to design and implement systems and processes responsive to ongoing changes and upgrades to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR II electronic filing system used by Bowne clients to file critical compliance documents.
Prior to coming to Bowne, Copenhafer held a variety of senior management positions at the SEC from August 1983 until September 1998. During this period, he was instrumental in bringing EDGAR from the drawing board to the fully functioning system it is today. This experience gives him a special perspective on SEC issues. Copenhafer holds a Masters degree in International Relations from The American University in Washington, D.C.
John Truzzolino - Director of Technical Sales Support, Bowne
John has worked in several capacities at Bowne during his 14-year tenure, holding sales, R&D and marketing related positions. John developed a CPA accredited seminar for Statutory Reporting of Property and Casualty, and Life, Accident and Health Annual Reports, for the insurance industry. His current position requires that he utilize his skills to assist clients in evaluating SEC rules changes and analyze their impact on their document management requirements.
John works in tangent with Bowne's Senior Management and Sales Teams to prepare presentations for clients on SEC rule changes and industry trends, while also supporting the Corporate Marketing group and their efforts to introduce new products and services. John participates at industry meetings, including the Practicing Law Institute, National Investor Relations Institute and American Society of Corporate Secretaries, where he has presented during regional meetings, on EDGAR Filing and Electronic Delivery Requirements.
Michael O'Brien - Vice President of North American Sales
Mike is a six-year veteran of Shareholder.com and directs all U.S. and Canadian sales efforts. Shareholder.com's client base has more than doubled during the last two years and Mike heads up a large direct sales team in the company's Maynard, Mass., and San Francisco offices.
Before coming to Shareholder.com, Mike worked in AT&T's sales department for six years, including a stint as sales manager for Rhode Island's small business markets. He received an MBA from Clark University.
