Executive Compensation Disclosure: Final Rule
Dated: August 2006
An aid to preparing for additional executive compensation disclosure commencing 60 days after the final rules are published in the Federal Register for Form 8-K items and for Form 10-K and proxy statement disclosures related to companies with fiscal years ending on or after December 15, 2006.
