Usage Data

Usage Data includes non-personal information about usage and service operation that is not associated with a specific personal identity. Bowne collects and analyzes non-personal information to evaluate how visitors use Bowne's websites.

Cookies/Web Beacons:
In conjunction with our third-party service partners, we make use of cookies and Web Beacons (clear GIFs) to gather information when you visit our web sites or read and interact with our newsletter and promotional emails. We may also use cookies and clear GIFs to gather and compile such information about you when you return to our web sites so that we may better customize our services and information for you.

Cookies:

Third Parties:
Bowne is currently using and has contracted with Omniture, a third-party, to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers to administer our web site in order to constantly improve the web site quality. All data collected by Omniture on behalf of Bowne is owned and used by Bowne. Omniture uses cookies to help track visitor behavior and sets cookies in behalf of Bowne that will be listed under the domain 2O7.net. We also share Web site usage information we gather from visitors to our web sites who have received a targeted promotional campaign with our third-party email marketing service partner for the purpose of targeting future campaigns and upgrading visitor information.
