The Edmund Stanley award is given annually to an employee whose excellent performance, attitude, positive contribution and service to others demonstrates Bowne’s dedication to quality. Presented in honor of Edmund A. Stanley, Jr., a former Bowne Chairman and early proponent of these distinctive company values, the award has been give every year since 1987.
The recipient receives a Tiffany & Co. trophy and certificate and is recognized by the Chairman at Bowne’s Annual Meeting. A cash award is also given to the winner and to each of the five finalists.
Chairman’s Team Award
Given each year, the Chairman’s Team Award recognizes outstanding innovation, creativity, teamwork, measurable financial impact, scalable and transferable results and the achievement of significant improvements in internal or external customer satisfaction.
The Chairman’s Team Award is a Tiffany & Co. cup inscribed with the name of the winning team. Each team member also receives a cash award and certificate; members of the two finalist teams receive cash awards as well.
